摘  要:低温板坯加热法生产高磁感取向硅钢,其磁感低于传统高温高磁感取向硅钢的磁感值。为探究其原因,作为该研究的第一步,测定并对比分析了两种工艺下初次再结晶的晶粒尺寸和织构。结果表明,低温高磁感取向硅钢完成初次再结晶后,晶粒尺寸长大且不均匀,织构组分不够单一,高斯晶核及有利织构{110}<001>、{111}<112>、{111}<110>组分比例低于高温高磁感取向硅钢,其它不利织构组分含量更高,从而导致其二次再结晶后高斯织构发展不够完善,磁感值较低。Results showed that the permeability of high permeability grain-oriented silicon steel prepared by acquired inhibitor method was lower than that of by inherent inhibitor method,and in order to find out the reason,contrastive analysis on recrystallized strips of high permeability grain-oriented silicon steel by inherent inhibitor method and acquired inhibitor method had been done firstly,including grain size and texture. The results show that the primary grains grow up and their sizes are non-homogeneous,and the texture components are complicated,and the ratio of Goss crystal nucleus and the advantageous texture { 110} 001 ,{ 111} 112 ,{ 111} 110 is lower as well as the disadvantageous texture is higher than that of by inherent inhibitor method. Therefore these results lead to awful secondary recrystallization texture and lower permeability after secondary recrystallization annealing.
