摘 要:采用二聚脂肪酸(DA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和异氰酸丙基三乙氧基硅烷(IPTS)为原料制得双固化树脂单体DA-GMA-IPTS,FTIR分析结果表明目标产物成功合成。将制得的DA-GMA-IPTS单体单独湿热固化、先UV光固化后湿热固化及先湿热固化后UV光固化制得固化材料,对其进行力学性能、硬度、动态热机械分析和热重分析,结果表明,与DA-GMA单体UV固化材料相比,先UV光固化后湿热固化得到的固化材料综合性能最为优异,拉伸强度、玻璃化转变温度及热初始分解温度可分别达到14.40 MPa,50.95℃和320℃,双固化方式明显优于单一的固化方式。A dual-curing resin monomer named DA-GMA-IPTS was synthesized using dimer fatty acids (DA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and isocyanate propyl triethoxy silane (IPTS) as materials. The FTIR analysis results showed that the target product was successfully synthesized. The three cured materials were obtained by single wet and heat curing, first UV curing and then wet heat curing, first wet heat curing and then UV curing. The products were investigated by the testings of mechanical properties and hardness, dynamic thermomechanical analysis and thermogravimetrie analysis. The results showed that the curing material cured with first UV curing and then wet heat curing method had the best comprehensive properties compared with the DA-GMA cured material with single UV curing method. The tensile strength, glass-transition temperatures and initial thermal decomposition temperature of cured material was up to 14.40 MPa, 50.95℃ and 320 ℃, repectively. The dual-curing method was significantly better than a single euring method.
