摘　　要：澳大利亚当代著名作家考琳·麦卡洛通过小说创作,以冷静的笔触审视了澳大利亚这个殖民地国家的性文化,对性和人的自我寻求、真我返归之间的关系进行了深入探索。她的探索深刻而冷静,具有普适意义,对于当今在该领域仍然持欲说还休态度的中国人来讲,或许具有可供参考的意义和价值。Colleen McCullough, a famous contemporary Australian writer, has made a thorough study on the relationship between the sex and true-self in return in Australia. Her thought is deep and calm, with the universal significance. For many Chinese people who still insist Conservative attitude in the field today, Colleen McCullough＇s thought may have a reference significance and value.
