幽门螺杆菌感染与原发性开角型青光眼发病间的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)之间的相关性。方法选取2013年3月~2015年10月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院眼科住院治疗的70例POAG患者(实验组)及70例健康人群(对照组)作为研究对象。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定研究对象血清标本中的Hp特异性免疫球蛋白抗体G的水平变化情况。结果实验组患者的Hp感染的血清阳性率(88.57%)较对照组Hp感染的血清阳性率(32.86%)增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hp感染与POAG发生间的OR值为5.69,95%CI 1.52~19.43。结论 Hp感染与原发性开角型青光眼发病间具有相关性,Hp感染可能是原发性开角型青光眼的危险因素之一。Objective To research the relationship of Helicobacter pyloriinfection （Hp） and primary open angle glaucoma （POAG）. Methods From March 2013 to October 2015,70 patients with POAG （experimental group） and 70 healthy people （Control group） at the department of ophtalmology of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were recruited to subjects. Serum levels of anti H. priori IgG antibody were evaluated by the method of ELISA. Results The seroprevalence of Hp infection was 88.57% in experimental group and 32.86% in the control group. The difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The odds ratio for association between Hp infection and POAG was 5.69 and the range of 95% confidence interval was from 1.52 to 19.43. Conclusion This study suggests that Hp infection might be associated with primary open angle glaucoma and Hp infection may be one of the risk factors of POAG.
