摘 要:五花山水库施工过程中,若发生较大洪水仅靠导流洞导流,有可能发生围堰溃坝现象,水库内的水瞬间下泄,在短时间内会对大坝下游造成非常大的破坏。故需通过大坝缺口同时泄洪,降低水库水位,以保证防洪安全。因大坝缺口现正在施工中,围堰一旦溃坝,洪水将从大坝缺口瞬间下泄,因此大坝缺口的填筑高程直接影响到下泄流量的大小。根据施工进度安排,对施工过程中不同时期大坝缺口高程时,围堰溃坝后下泄洪水对工程本身及下游绥阳镇的影响进行分析。It is possible for the cofferdam to break and cause flood discharge instantly within the reservoir if only depending on diversion tunnel to diverse major flood breaking during the process of Wuhua mountain reservoir construction,and the downstream of dam will be damaged seriously for a second.Therefore,flood discharge needs to be conducted simutenously by the dam breach to reduce the water level of reservoir,so as to guarantee the safety of flood control.The dam breach is being in the construction now,once breaks,flood will discharge instantly from the dam breach,therefore,the filling elevation of dam breach will affect directly the quantity of discharge volume.According to the arrangement of schedule,the impacts due to flood discharge on the project itself and Suiyang Town located on the downstream are analyzed during the construction of dam breach elevation in different periods.
