摘　　要：目的探讨牵引床辅助新体位在股骨远端骨折手术中的应用及临床意义。方法收集2013年1月-2016年1月收治的符合纳入研究条件的33例股骨远端骨折手术患者的临床资料。其中18例行牵引床辅助体位（新体位组），15例行普通床常规体位（常规组）进行股骨远端骨折手术治疗。比较两组手术需要医师数量，手术时间、透视次数、出血量及骨折愈合时间，并结合膝关节功能评分进行对比研究。结果新体位组手术医师数量，手术时间，透视次数及骨折愈合时间均少于常规组，差异有统计学意义；新体位组出血量少于常规组，膝关节功能评分高于常规组，但差异无统计学意义。结论牵引床辅助新型体位下手术治疗股骨远端骨折，复位固定更容易，可节省人力体力，减少透视量，缩短手术时间，减少出血，术后骨折愈合及功能恢复良好，并发症少，是一种值得推广的新型手术体位。Objective To explore the application and clinical significance of traction bed assisted new position in distal femoral fracture surgery. Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with distal femoral fractures treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were enrolled. 18 of them were traction bed assisted position （new posture group）, and the other 15 cases were treated with routine position （conventional group）. The number of surgeons needed, operation time, fluoroscopy times, bleeding volume and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups. And the knee function score was compared. Result The number of surgeons, operation time, fluoroscopy time and was healing time of fracture were less than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant; the bleeding volume was less than the conventional group, the knee function score was higher than the conventional group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Treatment of distal femoral fracture with traction bed assisted new body position has the advantages of easy fixation and reduction, saving manpower, reducing X-ray quantity, shortening operation time and reducing bleeding. With less complications, the postoperative fracture healing and functional recovery were good. It is a new operative posture worthy of popularization.
