摘　　要：在海南岛,五指山市是有名的"翡翠山城"。自1986年起的30年来,五指山市历届党委政府立足五指山得天独厚的森林生态资源禀赋,努力保护生态环境、发展绿色生态经济,基本实现从传统型经济朝着以绿色生态旅游为主基调的现代服务型经济的方向转型升级,综合经济实力大幅提升,热带雨林养生度假旅游城市初具雏形。"既要金山银山,也要绿水青山"的绿色发展理念已根植在全市人民的心中,成为全市人民的共识。Wuzhishan city of Hainan province is regarded as ＂jade mountain city＂. Since 1986, party committees and governments in Wuzhishan has been always taken advantage of the forest ecological re- sources to protect the ecological environment and develop green ecological economy, which basically re- alizes the transformation from the traditional economy to the modern service economy focusing on green ecological tourism. Therefore, the comprehensive economic strength is enhanced and the tropical rain forest city with the outline of healthy holiday tourism is roughly shaped. The green developing idea--in- creasing the income of city without destroying environment, has taken root in people＇s mind and gained the consensus.
