摘  要:基于镐型截齿截割实验的三向载荷谱,研究采煤机滚筒及镐型截齿三向载荷的定量特性。采用空间坐标转换的方法,建立镐型截齿实验载荷谱与镐型截齿坐标三向载荷谱和滚筒坐标下截割阻力、推进阻力及侧向阻力之间的转换模型,将实验载荷谱进行数值化,给出转换模型的解算方法,并模拟出滚筒坐标下的镐型截齿三向载荷谱。结果表明:滚筒坐标三向载荷谱与实验载何谱具有一致的变化趋势。该研究为采煤机滚筒载荷的研究与计算提供了一种简便和实用的方法。This paper describes an investigation into the quantitative characteristics of the three di- rection loads occurring in shearer drums and conical picks, based on the three direction load spectrum of shearer cutting experiment. The study using the method of spatial coordinate transformation involves developing a transformation model between experimental load spectrum of concial picks, three direction load spectrum on concial pick coordinate, and cutting resistance, thrust resistance, and lateral resistance; ap- plying the experimental load spectrum to numerical processing; and developing the simulation of the three direction load spectrum of concial picks in cylinder coordinates using the calculating method of the transformation model. The research may provide an easy and practical method for shearer drum load study and calculation.
