摘 要:提出了以STC89C52单片机为控制器,结合信号变换电路、AD转换电路、LCD显示电路及无线收发电路等实现主从机的硬件设计;分析了软件主程序的编写思路并给出流程图;实现了对-10V^+10V电压进行实时监测,精度为0.01V。对系统调试中信号变换电路的工作原理及存在的误差进行了分析,并对设计中遇到的AD转换器结果有误、集成运放工作异常、提高电压监测范围及主从机显示结果不一致等问题进行深入分析,提出了改进措施。与传统的利用分压电路扩大测量范围的电压监测仪相比,本设计具有系统性能稳定、测量精度高等优点,对直流电压的实时监测有一定的借鉴作用。This paper proposed the hardware design of master-slave system, which applied STC89C52 single chip as controller and integrated signal transform circuit, AD transition circuit, LCD display circuit and wireless transmission circuit, etc; analyzed editorial thought of main program of the software and displayed the flow chart; realized real-time monitoring voltage from -10V to A-10V with 0.01V precision. Also this paper analyzed the operating principles and errors of signal transform circuit in the process of system debugging; further explored issues like wrong results from AD convertor, abnor- mal operation of operational amplifier, raising voltage monitoring scale and inconsistent display results between master and slave machines, etc. , and proposed improvement measures. Compared with traditional voltage monitoring instrument that applied bleeder circuit to expand monitoring scale, this design is more stable in system performance and has higher measurement precision, etc. Its reference values could he used for real-time monitoring of DC voltage.
