摘 要:以乙酸和正丁醇为原料,稀土复合固体酸SO_4^(2-)/Ti-La-O为催化剂合成了乙酸正丁酯。探讨了醇酸物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对乙酸正丁酯产率的影响。实验结果表明:稀土复合固体酸SO_4^(2-)/Ti-La-O对乙酸正丁酯的合成具有良好的催化活性。在醇酸物质的量比为1.3:1、催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.27%、反应时间2.5 h、反应温度约105℃的优化条件下,乙酸正丁酯的产率可达89.3%。n - Butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n - butanol using SO42- /Ti - La - O as catalyst . The influence of molar ratio of n - butanol to acetic acid, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the yield of n - butyl acetate were discussed. The results showed that S04 - /Ti - La - O was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing n - butyl acetate. The optimum conditions were determined, which were molar ratio of n - butanol to acetic acid 1.3 : 1, amount of SO42-/Ti - La - O catalyst 1.27 % , reaction temperature -105 ℃, and reaction time 2.5 h. The yield of n - butyl acetate could reach 89.3% under the optimum conditions.
