摘  要:目的:了解独立学院与普通本科医学生预防医学课程的学习差异。方法:通过随机整群抽样对南通大学杏林学院和普通本科医学生预防医学课程的学习动机、行为和效果进行问卷调查并分组比较。结果:杏林学院学生学习态度得分高于普通本科;学习行为得分普通本科和杏林学院无差异;期末成绩普通本科高于杏林学院。结论:对于预防医学课程的学习,需要综合考虑入学基础、学习能力等影响因素。Objective: To learn the difference of "Preventive Medicine" learning status between independent college and general undergrad- uate medical students. Methods:A particular questionnaire survey containing learning motivation, learning behavior and learning effect was im- plemented in Xinglin College and general undergraduate medical students by random cluster sampling. Results: The score of learning attitude for Xinglin College was apparently higher than the general undergraduate medical students ( P 〈 0.05); there was no difference between the score of learning behavior for general undergraduate medical students and Xinghn College ( P 〉 0.05) ; however,the final exam score of general un- dergraduate medical students was better than Xinglin College's ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: For learning "Preventive Medicine", having a good attitude is not enough, various influencing factors should be comprehensively considered.
