摘　　要：分析了在不增加槽位的前提下,镀锌自动线上增加三价铬黑色钝化的可行性,使三价铬黑色钝化得以成功上线。转线后,三价铬黑色钝化的产能提高,成本降低。The feasibility of applying black trivalent chromium passivation to an automatic zinc plating production line without adding more work troughs was analyzed, making for the eventually successful realization of black trivalent chromium passivation production. The productivity of black trivalent chromium passivation was increased and the cost was decreased after the transition of production line.
