摘　　要：为充分借鉴英国医学科研经费管理的经验,研究采用文献调研法,梳理英国医学科研经费来源组成,总结不同来源医学科研经费管理特点,针对目前我国医学科研经费投入与分配存在的问题,提出应强化专业机构项目管理权利职能与能力、加大对临床研究的稳定支持、加强对企业和非盈利社会组织科研创新的引导等建议,为进一步理顺医学科研管理工作提供参考。In order to gain from the experience of medical research fund management in UK, its characteristics under dif- ferent funding sources were analyzed by conducting literature - based study. To address Chinese medical research fund and distribution problem, suggestions were given which included improving the capacity in professional organization manage- ment, increasing support to clinical research as well as encouraging and guiding the research investment from private sectors and non -profit organizations.
