产学研合作与创新绩效关系的META分析

摘　　要：在文献整理与归纳的基础上,提出产学研合作与创新绩效之间关系的假设模型。通过国内外主要文献数据库的查找,以及离群值和偏倚性检验,最终获得39篇相互独立的样本文献。经Meta分析方法处理后,研究得到了以下结论,产学研合作对创新绩效存在显著的正向关联;产学研合作对创新绩效的影响随时间因素和文化差异的变化而变化;当产学研合作为多维结构以及研究模型为结构模型时,产学研合作对创新绩效的作用更显著;中介变量的存在情况未能显著调节两者之间的相关关系。Based on the literature review, it put forward a hypothetical model of the relationship between university in- dustry collaborations and innovation performance and got 39 independent empirical documents from major domestic and for- eign literature database. By Meta- analysis, it reached the following conclusions： Firstly, it shows that there is a signifi- cant and positive relationship between university - industry collaborations and innovation performance; Secondly, the influ- ence on innovation performance may change with the alteration of time and cultural background. Thirdly, the university - industry collaborations has more obvious effect on innovation performance for the existence of multi - dimensional structure of independent variable and structure model. Finally, the existence of the mediating variables failed to significantly adjust the relationship between university - industry collaborations and innovation performance.
