摘　　要：知识产权证券化是一种低成本、高效率的新型融资渠道,可有效解决高新技术企业的融资难题。在知识产权证券化可行性的基础上,以广东省高新技术企业的融资现状为研究对象,就广东省高新技术产业知识产权证券化面临的发展瓶颈,提出相应对策及相关建议。The intellectual property seeuritization is a new kind of low -cost financing channel to solve the problem of difficulty financing with high efficiency. Based on the feasibility of the securitization of intellectual property rights, this paper regards the financing situation of high - tech eulcrprises in Guangdong province as the research object. Aiming at the bottle- neck that high -tech industry intellectual properly securitization faces in Guangdong province, it puts forward the corre- sponding countermeasures and suggestions.
