摘  要:钻探遇漏失地层、采空区,尤其在有多层采空区可能会引起的大漏,给施工带来诸多不便。使用空气泡沫作为冲洗介质进行钻探施工,以较小的设备改造投入有效解决了施工供水量大或堵漏时间长的问题,同时提高了钻进效率。在本次钻探施工中,针对钻遇3层采空区的情况,将普通牙轮钻进设备的泥浆泵更换为空压机后即可进行空气泡沫钻进,使用十二烷基硫酸钠作为发泡剂,羧甲基纤维素钠作为稳泡剂,液气比1/300;气液上返速度1.7m/s,最终取得了井深240 m、孔径?350 mm钻孔纯钻进效率达到了2.16 m/h,远高于普通泥浆循环钻进的施工效果。If the drilling intersects leakage formation, worked-out area especially multileveled worked-out areas may cause large leakage and bring a lot of trouble in drilling operation. To use the air-foam as the circulation medium in drilling operation can solve issues of large water quantity supply or long water plugging time effectively with minor equipment modification investment, meanwhile promote drilling efficiency. In this drilling operation, in allusion to multileveled worked-out areas, has changed mud pump in common roller bit drilling into air compressor to carry out air-foam drilling with lauryl sodium sulfate as foaming agent and carboxymethylcellulose sodium as foam stabilizer, liquid-gas ratio 1/300, gas-liquid return velocity 1.7m/s. Finally, the completion depth is 240 m, borehole diameter Φ350mm with net drilling efficiency 2.1m/h, thus far above common mud drilling efficiency.
