摘　　要：铁路物流中心是铁路运输网络体系的关键节点,兰州铁路局铁路物流中心布局规划是国家"一带一路"发展战略的重要组成部分。综合考虑兰州铁路局货运网络、城市布局与线网规划、物流发展需求等因素,提出兰州铁路局铁路物流中心网络布局和功能布局规划方案,剖析其网络与功能布局的物流特征,为加快推进铁路货运向现代物流转型、提高铁路区域物流经营效益提供有效的决策支持。Railway logistics center is a key node of the whole railway transportation network system.The layout problem of railway logistic center in Lanzhou Railway Administration is an important composition part of ＂the silk road economic belt and the 21st century maritime silk road＂ initiative in China.The layout of railway logistics center involves two layers,that are,the network layout and functions layout.Through comprehensively considering the factors of Lanzhou Railway Administration,including freight transport network,city layout and line-network plan,and logistics development demand,this paper puts forward the program of network layout and function layout planning for railway logistics center in Lanzhou Railway Administration,and discusses the logistics characteristics of the network layout and function layout,so as to provide supports for effective decision-making and promoting the transition of railway freight transportation to modern logistics,as well as increasing the operation benefits of railway regional logistics.
