摘　　要：铁路装卸作业防护信号装置的使用直接关系到装卸作业人身和行车安全。在分析装卸作业防护信号装置安全现状及问题的基础上,以天津货运中心装卸作业防护信号装置安全监控管理为例,阐述视频监控设备和分布式录音电话设备的设置,分析装卸作业防护信号装置安全监控流程。实践证明,采用视频和分布式录音电话相结合的综合监控手段加强了装卸作业过程控制,提升了货场调车作业安全性,提高了职工工作用语使用的自觉性,便于查明问题原因,分清责任,从而确保货场调车作业安全。The application of prevention signal equipment of railway loading operation has direct impact to personnel safety and train operation safety of handling operation.On the basis of analyzing the safety status and problems existing in the equipment,taking the safety monitoring management of the equipment in Tianjin Freight Transportation Center as an example,this paper elaborates the setting up of video monitoring equipment and distributed recording telephone equipment,as well as safety monitoring process of the prevention signal equipment.The practice shows the applications of video monitoring and recording telephone monitoring methods could strengthen the control of handling operation process,improve the shunting operation safety in freight yard,increase staff＇s self-consciousness of working words usage,provide convenience in finding problems and clarifying responsibilities,so as to ensure the shunting operation safety in freight yard.
