摘　　要：档案工作的进步离不开标准化的建设,文章通过分析船舶行业档案室的现状,强调了档案工作的实践意义,点明了档案标准化工作与质量和保障工作之间的联系,从而提出提升档案标准化工作的一些设想。The improvement of file work is based on standardized foundation. The paper analyzes the situation of file work in the ship industry and emphasizes on the practical significance of file work The connections between the standardization of file work with quality control and the indemnificatory work is elucidated. Furthermore, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the promotion of file work standardization.
