摘 要:阳离子改性剂CR-2000预处理的棉纤维与普通棉混纺得到差异化阳离子改性纱线已有生产应用,染色采用无盐碱工艺以使普通棉留白。CR-2000改性棉针织物用β-羟基乙烯砜硫酸酯类活性红180在无盐碱条件下染色,吸附等温线属朗格缪尔型,虽然皂洗前后布样色深差异不大,但耐洗色牢度在皂洗后有大幅提升。原因在于皂洗前染料主要以离子键吸附于改性棉纤维,皂洗过程中染料与改性棉纤维之间发生共价键结合。由此用不同皂洗或热水处理对改性棉染色布样进行后处理,发现皂洗浴的微弱碱性使染料固色。若在染色后期加入微量碱,不换浴同样可达到固色目的。Cotton treated by cationic reagent CR-2000 is used to produce differential modified yarns by blending with the conventional cotton fiber. Dyeing process without salt or alkali is utilized to make sure a sprinkly dyeing effect. Knitted fabric made by the cationic cotton is dyed with a 13-hydroxyvinylsulfone- sulfate-type reactive dye Reactive Red 180 without salt or alkali. The adsorption isotherm belongs to a Langmuir type. The chromatic difference of samples before and after soaping is small, but the washing fastness of the sample after soaping is improved a lot. The reason is that the dyes adsorbed on cationic cotton fiber mainly through ionic bond before soaping, and covalent bond is established during soaping. Therefore, different soaping and hot water washing processes are used to treat the dyed cationic cotton. It is found that the feeble alkaline of the soaping liquor make the dye fixed in the cationic cotton. When a trace of alkali is added to the dyeing liquor in late-dyeing period, high fixation can be achieved without liquor replacement.
