摘  要:大海则煤矿主井、1号副井、2号副井和回风井4个井筒主要穿过白垩系和侏罗系含水软岩地层,均采用冻结法施工,井壁结构均为双层钢筋混凝土。井筒施工中,选择4种典型地层,埋设传感器,对井壁受力进行实测研究。结果表明:该矿冻结井筒外层井壁受力状态是随施工的进行而不断变化的,与一般冻结井筒类似;双层井壁间注浆会对2层井壁应力分布产生巨大影响;通过壁间注浆,可以改善外层井壁受力状态,提高井壁整体承载能力。Dahaize Mine main shaft,No. 1 mine auxiliary shaft, No. 2 mine auxiliary shaft and mine air returning shaft were passed through the Cretaceous and Jurassic water bearing soft rock strata mainly and were all constructed with the ground freezing method. The structures of the mine shaft liners were the double reinforced concretes. In the construction of the mine shafts, the measurement research was conducted on the mine stressed shaft liners with the selections of four typical strata and the sensors buried. The research results showed that the stressed status of the outer shaft liner in the mine freezing shaft was continuously varied with the mine shaft construction and was similar to the normal mine freezing shaft. The grouting between the double liners would have great influences to the stress distribution of the double liners. The grouting between the double liners could improve the stressed status of the outer liner and could improve the completed loading capacity of the mine shaft liners.
