摘　　要：众筹网络平台的飞速发展对农业产业链条产生了巨大影响。资金以众筹的方式进入农村,解决资金发展的燃眉之急,对我国农业经济发展和农村社会进步具有重要意义。然而,农业众筹项目投资人的资格审查、筹资人的信息披露义务、平台的准入和行为标准、平台的法律监管和众筹事项立法等问题亟需在现实环境中得以解决。The fast development in crowd - funding networks has had greatly influenced on the agricultural industry chain. Capital enters in villages in the way of crowd - funding, mitigating the urgent demand in capital. This has profound meaning on the rural economy de- velopment and rural social improvement. However, in rural crowd -funding projects, the verification of project investors＇ qualification, the information disclosure obligations of funding entity, the permission and norm standard of platform, the regulations on platform and legislation on crowd -funding platform are all urgent issues remaining to be solved in actual environment.
