摘 要:通过雾化粒度,射流速度和负压值性能试验测试负压吸气式雾化装置的关键参数,并通过因素水平分析确定了最优的参数取值范围,最后进行降尘试验测试。试验结果表明:增大射流压力能明显提高液滴雾化效果;雾滴D_(50)随喷嘴直径的增大呈先减小后增加的抛物线变化规律;雾滴速度随喷嘴伸出量的增加表现出先增加然后稳定减小的趋势。通过正交分析确定喷嘴直径3.5 mm,喷嘴伸出量3 mm为最佳参数;通过负压值测试分析确定射流水压3 MPa为最佳参数。通过和轴流喷嘴降尘效果对比得到射流吸气式混合雾化装置的雾粒粒径降低了54.73%,对全尘的控尘效率提高了20.78%,尤其是呼吸性粉尘控尘效率提高了40.24%。We test the key parameters of negative pressure suction type atomization device by atomization granularity, jet velocity and pressure value performance experiment, and we determine the optimal parameter values range through the analysis of factor levels, and finally carry out dust-fall test. The experimental results show that increasing jet pressure can obviously improve the atomization effect of liquid droplets; the change law of droplets D(50)increases first and then decreases with the increase of nozzle diameter; the droplet velocity first increases and then shows a stable decrease trend with the increase of nozzle out quantity. We determine that the nozzle diameter of 3.5 mm and nozzle out quantity of 3 mm are the best parameters through orthogonal analysis; we determine that the jet pressure of 3 MPa is the best parameter by negative pressure value test analysis. The results show that fog particle size of aspirated mixing atomization device reduced by 54.73% by axial flow nozzle dust effect contrast, and the dust control efficiency for the whole dust increased by 20.78%, especially the dust control efficiency of reparable dust increased by 40.24%.
