摘 要:对防爆柴油机阻火器的相关标准、最大安全间隙和使用现状进行了阐述,并对典型的栅栏板式阻火器结构进行分析,采用压力损失理论建立气体输运数学模型,设计防爆格栅压力损失模型,同时利用Fluent进行数值模拟,以防爆格栅前、后连接管中的平均压差为标准,模拟了平板间隙对防爆格栅压力损失的影响,从防爆格栅内部速度矢量和湍动能云图进行分析。在此基础上分别相邻两栅栏板间隙分别为0.7、0.8、0.9、1.0、1.1、1.2 mm的阻火器进行了隔爆性能试验研究,得出了防爆柴油机阻火器特定条件的最大安全间隙。The relevant standards of explosion-proof diesel engine, the maximum safety gap and the using status are described in this paper. The paper analyzed the structure of typical barrier plate type flame arrester, established mathematical model of gas transport by pressure loss theory, designed physical model of pressure loss of fire arrester, and then used large-scale fluid dynamics software Fluent to carry out numerical simulation. Taking the average pressure difference of front and rear tubes as standard of pressure loss, pressure loss of fire arrester of different parallel plate clearance is simulated, and pressure loss is analyzed by the explosion-proof grille internal velocity vector and turbulence energy cloud. On the basis of two adjacent fence board clearance of flame arrester with 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.1 mm and 1.2 mm, the flame-proof performance was tested. The maximum safety clearance of the specific condition of flame arrester of explosion-proof diesel engine was obtained.
