摘  要:针对电池储能电源参与自动发电控制采用区域控制需求信号按固定比例分配的缺陷,提出一种基于区域控制偏差信号分配的储能电源控制方式。该方式直接将区域控制偏差按比例分配给储能电源和常规机组,其中储能电源出力可跟踪频率偏差动态调整。通过两种控制方式的仿真比较和储能电源出力比例系数a的灵敏度分析,就调频效果、储能电源荷电状态、机组出力情况、储能电源容量以及储能电源出力对频率的影响等方面进行了分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法在减少频偏和储能容量等方面具有优势,对于储能电源参与自动发电控制的控制策略具有指导意义。Aiming at solving the defects of battery energy storage participating in automation generation control (AGC)by the distribution of area regulation requirement (ARR) signal at fixed proportion, a control method for energy storagebased on area control error (ACE) signal is proposed. The ACE signal is distributed directly into the energy storage andconventional units at fixed proportion, and the energy storage output can be dynamically adjusted by tracking the fre-quency deviation. The regulation effect, state of charge (SOC), unit output, and the impact of energy storage capacityand energy storage output on frequency are analyzed by the comparison of simulations between two control methods, aswell as the sensitivity analysis of energy storage output factor a. The simulation results show that the proposed methodhas advantages in terms of reducing the frequency deviation and improving the energy storage capacity, which is signifi-cant for the energy storage control strategy participating in AGC.
