摘 要:针对当前配电网规划只考虑单电压级的问题,提出了多电压级协调模型及过渡方案。首先,提出了多电压级协调程度的衡量指标,在此基础上,分析了变电站互联对多电压级协调程度的影响;然后,以三座站互联为例,构建供电模型,提出模型属性参数合理取值的计算方法;最后,构建了可尽量平滑过渡到远景年供电模型的过渡方案,为区域电网各个阶段的建设提供指导。Considering that current research only focuses on the single voltage in the planning of distribution grid, amulti-voltage coordinated model and its transition scheme are proposed. First, the measurement index of multi-voltagecoordination degree is formulated, and the effect of substation interconnection on the same degree is analyzed according-ly. Then, the interconnection of three substations is taken as an example to establish the power supply model, and thecalculation method of reasonable values for the parameters in the proposed model is given. Finally, the transitionscheme that can smoothly transit to the power supply model in the long-range years is established, which can provideguidance for the construction of regional grid in different stages.
