摘 要:提出了考虑最大供电能力约束的配电网优化降损重构方法。首先构建配电网最大供电能力评估指标,并通过变步长的重复潮流算法对配电网不同运行方式下的最大供电能力指标进行评估;同时基于多场景法计及配电网不同负荷方式的变化,进而构建可综合考虑最大供电能力指标约束的配电网降损重构模型,并采用二进制粒子群优化算法进行求解。算例验证表明,该方法在实现配电网降损的同时,可维持系统需求的供电能力裕度,有效保障复杂不确定性环境下配电网的供电可靠性。A reconfiguration method of distribution network for loss reduction is proposed considering the maximumpower supply capability. First, an index for evaluating the maximum power supply capability of distribution network isformulated, which can be determined by using repeated power flow algorithm with variable step in different operationmodes of distribution network. Then, the multi-load mode of distribution network is considered by using a multi-scenar-io method, and a network reeonfiguration model for loss reduction is established considering the maximum power supplycapability index (PSCI), which is further solved by a binary particle swarm optimization algorithm. Simulation resultsshow that the proposed method can not only reduce the loss of distribution network, but also keep the PSCI above a se-curity level, which can ensure the reliability of distribution network operated in complex and uncertain environment.
