摘　　要：文章以上海静安苏州河滨河现代服务业聚集区59号和67号街坊城市设计的项目实践为载体,主要在成片集中保留历史风貌建筑的前提条件下,针对地块内新老建筑空间关系的处理难度高、北侧67号地块建设量过高导致的交通体系疏解难和地块内众多历史风貌建筑的再利用方式不确定等问题,摸索历史文化风貌特色区域的城市设计核心处理方法,理清历史文脉传承的价值,以实现59号和67号地块的有机更新。The paper took the design of 59#, 67# streets of Binhe modern service industry accumulation area, Shanghai as the research objects, by protecting the historical buildings, found a way to solve these problems about space, construction amounts, traffic, and historical building, explored the core design method of historical and cultural area, cleared the historical value, came true the organic renewal of these two streets.
