摘　　要：文章以规划思维指导建筑单体设计,在佘山大海鲨商业服务中心的设计过程中,以总体规划的决策指导建筑的业态定位,以区域内城市空间要素的关系指导建筑的空间形态布置,以风貌环境指导建筑的功能和风格设计,使建筑设计受到规划严密逻辑的引导、控制,协调了项目各利益主体间的矛盾。Under the planning thinking guidance, the building design of Dhaisha commercial center decides the industry condition localization following the master plan, guides the building layout following the connection of spatial elements, guides the building function and style design following wind environment, designs the building with the logical guidance and control, solves the contradiction among different interest bodies.
