摘 要:为了生产功能良好的分形涤纶产品,研究了分形涤纶/棉纤维原料的形态与性能,并采用精梳棉纺系统在捻线机上将2股5.83 tex棉单纱和30 D的分形涤纶长丝进行捻合,纺制了5.83 tex×2+30 D分型涤纶/棉纤维交捻纱。分析了纺纱各工序的工艺参数。指出了生产分形涤纶/棉纤维交捻纱的关键技术是并条工艺和捻线工艺,并提供了相关技术指标。In order to produce a good functional fractal polyester textile, the morphology and properties of fractal polyester fiber and its cotton fiber twisting yarn are studied. The 2 strands of 5.83 rex cotton single yarn and 30 D fractal polyester filament are twisted on the twisting machine to produce 5.83 tex×2+30 D fraetal polyester and cotton twisting yarn. Every process parameters of spinning process are analyzed. It is pointed that drawing process and twisting process are the key technology for the spinning of fractal polyester twisting yarn, and the relevant technical parameters are provided.
