摘  要:分析了椰炭涤纶、钛远红外、Viloft纤维的特点,并对其纺纱工艺进行了优化设计。采用青花瓷的创作灵感,设计了大提花织物组织。采用天然染料对纬纱进行染色,经纱采用原白色,对织物在纺纱和织造过程中的关键技术进行了探讨。该面料不仅能够满足消费者对保健性能和环保的要求,而且其独特的花型设计符合休闲、宁静的生活理念,具有广阔的市场前景和较高的经济效益。The characteristics of coconut charcoal modified polyester, titanium far-infrared and Vilofl fiber are analyzed, and the spinning process is optimized. By using the inspiration from the blue and white porcelain, the jacquard fabric weave is designed. The weft is dyed with natural dyes, and the warp is used its original white. The key technology of the spinning and weaving process is discussed. The fabric can not only meet the consumers' demands for health care and environmental protection, but the unique pattern design is still in line with the leisure, quiet life philosophy. So it has broad market prospect and high economic benefit.
