摘  要:高收缩涤纶是经过物理或化学改性得到的具有高热收缩率的差别化纤维。热分析显示,高收缩涤纶的耐热性低于普通涤纶,热收缩性明显优于普通涤纶。未收缩的高收缩涤纶的强度低于普通涤纶;热水收缩后的高收缩涤纶的断裂强度有所下降,纤维断裂伸长率明显变大;干热收缩后,高收缩涤纶的断裂强度和断裂伸长率的变化与热水收缩后相似,但下降幅度增加,尤其是温度达到140℃时,纤维断裂强度和断裂伸长率均明显下降。High shrinkage polyester fiber is a differential fiber obtained by physical or chemical modification with high heat shrinkage rate. Thermal analysis shows that the heat resistance of high shrinkage polyester fiber is lower than that of the ordinary polyester fiber and its thermal shrinkage is better than that of ordinary polyester fiber. The strength of high shrinkage polyester fiber strength is lower than that of ordinary polyester fiber. Breaking strength of high shrinkage polyester fiber decreased after shrinking in hot water, the elongation at break of the fibers is significantly larger. After shrinking in hot air, the change in tensile propertie of high shrinkage polyester fiber is similar to that in hot water, but the decline is increasing, especially when the temperature reaches 140℃, its breaking strength and breaking elongation significantly reduce.
