摘  要:以玻璃纤维为经、纬纱,以芳纶纤维为接结纱制备三维正交机织物,以玄武岩纤维为经、纬纱制备层压织物,再分别以上述两种织物作为增强体,乙烯基树脂为基体制备增强复合材料。对两种复合材料以310~790 m/s的子弹初始速度进行弹道冲击实弹试验,对两者的弹道冲击衡量指标进行了分析对比,比较两者的抗弹性能。研究结果表明:三维正交机织复合材料的能量吸收值远大于玄武岩层压复合材料,子弹冲击复合材料靶板后的剩余速度与子弹冲击复合材料前的初始速度呈线性关系,弹道极限速度V_(50)与初始入射速度的关系曲线与入射速度-能量吸收的拟合曲线基本相似。Three-dimensional orthogonal woven fabric is fabricated with glass fiber as warp and weft and aramid fiber as Z yarn, and laminated fabric is fabricated with basalt fiber as warp and weft. The two fabrics above are then taken as reinforcement respectively to produce reinforced composites with vinyl resin as the matrix. The ballistic impacting indicators of the two kinds reinforced composites are analyzed and compared by ballistic impact test with initial bullet velocity of 310 - 790 m/s. The results show that the energy absorption value of 3D orthogonal woven reinforce composite is far greater than that of the laminated composite, the residual velocity after the bullet impacting composite targets has a linear relationship with the initial velocity before bullet impacting the composite, and the curves of ballistic limit velocity V50 with the initial incident velocity are similar to the fitting curve of the incidence rate with energy absorption.
