摘  要:将纳米Mg O颗粒与环氧树脂混合后制得不同掺杂量的纳米Mg O/EP复合电介质,采用SEM观察纳米Mg O在环氧树脂中的分散情况,采用DSC测试环氧复合电介质的玻璃化转变温度,并研究了纳米Mg O对环氧树脂介电性能的影响。结果表明:纳米Mg O颗粒在环氧基体中分散均匀,掺杂Mg O可以提高环氧树脂的玻璃化转变温度。随着纳米Mg O掺杂量的增加,介电常数先下降后上升,在掺杂量为1%时介电常数实部达到最小值,掺杂纳米Mg O使环氧树脂的中低频损耗明显降低;复合电介质的电导活化能和体积电阻率均随着纳米掺杂量的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,在掺杂量为0.1%时电导活化能和体积电阻率达到最大;复合电介质的电气强度随着掺杂量的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,当掺杂量为1%时电气强度达到最大值,相比纯环氧树脂提高了11.2%。Nano-MgO/EP composites with different doping content of nano-MgO were prepared by mixing nano-MgO and epoxy resin. The dispersion of nano-MgO in epoxy was investigated via SEM, and the glass transition temperature of the composites was tested via DSC. The effect of nano-MgO content on the dielectric properties of the composites was studied. The results show that the nano-MgO could evenly disperse in the epoxy matrix, and the doping of nano-MgO could increase the glass transition temperature of epoxy. With the increase of nano-MgO content, the dielectric constant of the composites decreases firstly then increases, and the real part of dielectric constant reaches the minimum value at 1% of nano-MgO. Doping nano-MgO also could reduce the dielectric loss of epoxy at low and medium frequency. With the increase of nano-MgO content, the conductance activation energy and volume resistivi- ty of the composites increase firstly then decrease, both of them reach the maximum value at 0.1% of nano-MgO. The breakdown strength of the composites has the same change law with volume resistivity, and reaches the maximum value at 1% of nano-MgO, which increases by 11.2% than pure epoxy.
