摘  要:介绍了天然酯绝缘油的脱酸工艺,并对化学脱酸和物理脱酸两种工艺进行了对比研究。结果表明:当超量碱为0.12%时,化学脱酸后天然酯绝缘油的酸值小于0.02 mg KOH/g,介质损耗因数小于0.5%,天然酯绝缘油的理化及电气绝缘性能均提高。物理脱酸后天然酯绝缘油的酸值也可降至0.02 mg KOH/g以下,但是其热聚合反应会产生极性聚合物,不能有效改善天然酯绝缘油的电气绝缘性能。Deacidification technology of natural ester insulating oil was introduced, and the differences between chemical deacidification and physical deacidification were compared. The results show that when the excess alkali amount is 0.12%, the acid value of natural ester insulating oil after chemical deacidifica- tion is lesser than 0.02 mgKOH/g, the dielectric dissipation factor is less than 0.5%, and the physi- cal-chemical properties and electrical insulating properties all increase. The acid value of natural ester insulating oil after physical deacidification is also less than 0.02 mgKOH/g, but the heat polymerization reaction can generate polar polymers, which could not improve the electrical insulating properties of natural ester insulating oil effectively.
