摘　　要：目的:分析合并用药美托洛尔与非遗传因素对华法林稳定剂量的影响。方法:收集222例已达华法林稳定剂量的病人完整临床资料,分析华法林使用剂量与性别、体重、年龄等因素的相关性,以及合并使用胺碘酮、地高辛与美托洛尔对其的影响。结果:华法林的维持剂量与年龄呈负相关,而与体重呈正相关。合并使用胺碘酮与地高辛将降低华法林的使用剂量,合并使用美托洛尔则显著降低华法林的使用剂量。结论:华法林稳定维持剂量与病人的年龄、体重以及胺碘酮、地高辛的合并使用情况有关,与美托洛尔的使用情况极为相关。Objective：To analyze the effects of combined medication and non-genetic factors on the maintenance dosage of warfarin.Methods：Complete clinical medical data of 222 patients with maintenance dosage of warfarin were collected for the analyses of the relationship between the applied dosages and gender,body weight,age and other factors,and also analyses of the effects of combined medication of amiodarone,digoxin and metoprolol on the maintenance dosage of warfarin.Results：The maintenance dosage of warfarin was positively correlated with age,but negatively correlated with body weight.Combined medication of amiodarone,digoxin could reduce the dosage of warfarin,and combined medication of metoprolol could significantly reduce the dosage of warfarin.Conclusion：Stable maintenance dosage of warfarin was correlated with age,body weight,as well as the combined medication of amiodarone and digoxin,and was especially correlated with the use of metoprolol.
