浙江省产科护理记录现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省产科护士书写护理记录情况。方法自行设计调查问卷,通过电子邮箱发送给各综合医院产科护士长、各专科医院护理部主任或产科护士长,调查各医院产科护理记录形式、方法、内容、护士书写记录花费时间。结果产科护士需记录的各种记录单至少18种,均设制成表格,由护士填写内容,每天护士书写护理文书所花费时间均在半小时以上,记录内容繁多。结论产科护士护理文书内容较多,需减少不必要的护理记录单。Objective To study the status of nursing records of obstetrics in Zhejiang Province.Method Send self-designed questionnaire to head nurses of obstetrics in each general hospital,each director of nursing department or head nurse of obstetrics from special hospitals by email.Investigate the form,method,content and costing time of nursing records in each obstetrics department.Result There are at least 18 kinds of recording sheets for obstetrics nurses to fill,which are all made into tables.Nurses should cost more than half an hour to fill these tables with complex contents every day.Conclusion Obstetrics nurses have too much documents to complete.Unnecessary nursing records can be omitted.
