摘　　要：介绍了千斤拔属植物的化学成分,分析了千斤拔属植物的药理作用,包括镇痛作用、对神经功能的恢复作用、抗血栓作用、类雌激素和抗雌激素活性作用、调节免疫和抗疲劳作用、抗炎作用等,综述了千斤拔属植物的临床应用,包括对更年期综合症、盆腔炎、泌尿系统等疾病的治疗。The chemical constituents of Monomania plants were introduced,the pharmacological effects were analyzed,including analgesic,recovery of nerve function, anti-thrombotic effect, estrogenic and anti-estrogenic activity, regulation of immune and anti-fatigue effects, anti-inflammatory ete, the clinical application of Monomania plants were reviewed, including the treatment of menopausal syndrome, pelvic inflammatory disease, urinary system and other diseases.
