乌鲁木齐市天山区2016年妇幼卫生信息管理控制质量情况分析

摘　　要：对乌鲁木齐市天山区2016年妇幼卫生信息管理控制质量情况进行分析。结合《新疆维吾尔自治区妇幼卫生年报与检测质量控制工作提纲》对乌鲁木齐市天山区分级进行质量控制,并对控制结果进行分析。结果显示生命指标漏报率中,死亡漏报率方面以1~5岁幼儿居高,其次为新生儿与婴儿,保健管理指标存在多报与漏报并存的情况。天山区2016年妇幼卫生信息管理控制质量整体较好,但依旧存在需要完善的地方。To analyze the quality control of maternal and child health information management in Tianshan district of Urumqi in 2016.Combined with the method of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region maternal and child health report and quality control testing work outline＇ to control the quality of the classification of Urumqi city Tianshan district,and the control results are analyzed.The life index of false negative rate,false negative rate of death from 1 to 5 years old children is high,followed by neonatal and infant health management index are reported missing and comorbid conditions.The 2016 Tianshan district maternal and child health information management control of overall good quality,but still need to be perfected.
