摘 要:目的探讨营养干预对连续性血液透析(MHD)患者不良炎症评分及营养指标的影响。方法选取2015年6—12月我院收治的55例MHD患者,实施营养干预,比较干预前后患者常规营养指标及营养不良炎症(MIS)评分等指标。结果所选取55例患者护理干预后MIS评分为(5.53±1.56)分,干预前为(6.39±2.09)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,除血红蛋白(Hb)、身体质量指数(BMI)外,前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(Mb)及上臂肌围(MAMC)等营养指标均得到提升(P<0.05)。结论 MHD患者应用营养干预,可改善各项常规营养指标评分及MIS评分,提示有助于改善预后。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention on adverse inflammatory score and nutritional index in patients with continuous hemodialysis(MHD).Methods 55 cases of MHD patients in our hospital from June to December 2015,were selected to carry out nutritional intervention,and compared with the conventional nutritional index and the malnutrition inflammation(MIS) score before and after the intervention.Results The selected 55 patients nursing intervention MIS score was(5.53±1.56)points after intervention,and it was(6.39±2.09)points before intervention,there was significant difference(P〈0.05);after the intervention,expect for hemoglobin(Hb)and body mass index(BMI),prealbumin(PA)serum albumin(Mb)and arm muscle circumference(MAMC)and other nutritional indexes were improved significantly(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of nutritional intervention in MHD patients can improve the scores of conventional nutrition index and MIS score,which is helpful to improve the prognosis.
