摘　　要：微信平台作为一种目前最流行的即时通讯工具,将其应用到门诊药房管理的各项工作中去,可以强化药房内部管理,大大提高工作效率,同时还可加强药房员工之间的彼此沟通和联系,妥善处理好药患关系,进而不断地提升门诊药房的药学服务水准。将微信平台应用到门诊药房的管理工作中去,通过创立微信群,增强了门诊药房员工之间的相互沟通和联系。WeChat platform as one of the most popular instant messaging tool,which will be applied to the management of outpatient pharmacy to strengthen management in the department of pharmacy,greatly improve work efficiency,but also can strengthen the pharmacy staff communicate with each other and contact,properly handle the medicine patient relationship.To continuously improve the level of pharmaceutical service in outpatient pharmacy.WeChat platform will be applied to the management of outpatient pharmacy,through the creation of WeChat group,enhance the mutual communication and contact between outpatient pharmacy staff.
