可脱卸弹簧圈早期栓塞术治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的对可脱卸弹簧圈早期栓塞术治疗颅内破裂动脉瘤的疗效进行分析探讨。方法对我院2010年7月—2015年6月收治的327例颅内破裂动脉瘤患者(348个动脉瘤)行可脱卸弹簧圈早期栓塞术治疗,观察总结治疗效果。结果 348个动脉瘤中,100%栓塞180个,95%栓塞152个,90%栓塞16个。327例患者恢复良好者309例,中残7例,重残6例,植物状态生存4例,死亡1例。随访227例,206例恢复良好,16例患者遗留神经功能障碍,5例死亡。结论对颅内动脉瘤破裂患者采用可脱卸弹簧圈早期栓塞术治疗可有效提高治疗效果,降低患者死亡率。Objective To detachable and analysis of early embolization in treatment of intracranial aneurysm rupture.Methods 327 cases of intracranial patients with ruptured aneurysm（348 aneurysms） in the treatment of guglielmi detachable coil embolization in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2015 were treated,observation and summarize the treatment effect.Results 348 aneurysms,there were 100% embolization with 180,embolization of 95% with 152 and embolization of 90% with 16.327 patients recovered well in 309 cases,with residual in 7 cases,severe disability in 6 cases,vegetative state survival in 4 cases,and death in 1 cases.227 cases were followed up,and the recovery was good in 206 patients.Neurological dysfunction was found in the remaining 16 patients,and death occurred in 5 cases.Conclusion Patients with detachable coil embolization in the treatment of early stage can effectively improve the treatment effect of ruptured intracranial aneurysms,reduce the mortality of patients.
