摘　　要：目的分析探索软组织修复与功能重建在四肢恶性骨肿瘤保肢治疗中的价值。方法收集2014年1月—2016年3月接收的四肢恶性骨肿瘤的患者40例,全部患者切除肿瘤后均给予特制的人工假体修复骨缺损,且施行软组织修复与功能重建。治疗后对患者进行5~36个月的随访,观察患者治疗情况及临床效果。结果40例患者术后的功能恢复情况为:25例优,8例良,5例中,2例差,优良率为82.5%。术后均没有发生感染,假体断裂、松动及周围骨折等情况。结论四肢恶性骨肿瘤保肢治疗中进行合理的软组织修复与功能重建有助于促进患者肢体功能的恢复。Objective To explore the value of soft tissue repair and functional reconstruction in the limb salvage treatment of malignant limb tumors.Methods Forty patients with malignant bone tumors of limbs received from January 2014 to March 2016 were collected,all patients were given special artificial prosthesis to repair bone defect after resection of the tumor,and soft tissue repair and functional reconstruction were performed.After treatment,the patients were followed up for 5 to 36 months to observe the treatment of patients and clinical results.Results The functional recovery of 40 patients was excellent in 25 cases,good in 8 cases,poor in 5 cases,excellent in 2 cases.No postoperative infection,prosthesis fracture,loose and surrounding fractures and so on.Conclusion Reasonable soft tissue repair and functional reconstruction in limb salvage treatment of malignant limb bone tumor can help to restore limb function in patients with limb bone tumor.
