保留关节的瘤段切除酒精灭活再植术在膝关节周围恶性骨肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析探索膝关节周围恶性骨肿瘤患者采用保留关节的瘤段切除酒精灭活再植术进行治疗的疗效。方法收集本科室接收的膝关节周围恶性骨肿瘤患者15例进行研究,确诊后均行保留关节的瘤段切除酒精灭活再植术。治疗后观察15例患者的临床疗效。结果本组患者切口均为Ⅰ期愈合,均未产生皮肤坏死、感染及免疫排斥等并发症。末次随访时患者的平均MSTS评分为(25.37±2.18)分,平均LSOLS影像评分为(31.29±1.63)分。结论膝关节周围恶性骨肿瘤患者采用保留关节的瘤段切除酒精灭活再植术进行治疗可获较好的近期疗效。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of keep joint tumor resection in alcohol inactivated replantation in the treatment of malignant bone tumors around the knee joint.Methods 15 patients with malignant bone tumors around the knee were collected.All patients underwent tumor resection with residual arthroplasty and inactivated replantation.The clinical curative effect of 15 patients was observed after treatment.Results All the patients were cured in stage Ⅰ,and no complications such as skin necrosis,infection and immune rejection occurred.The average MSTS score was（25.37±2.18） points and the average LSOLS image score was（31.29±1.63） points at the last follow-up.Conclusion The patients with malignant bone tumor around the knee joint can be treated by the resection of the tumor with resected arthroplasty and resection with alcohol.
