探讨哮喘宁联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗支气管哮喘临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析支气管哮喘患者接受哮喘宁联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗的效果。方法根据我院接收的84例支气管哮喘患者来进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和观察组,均有42例。对照组使用单纯布地奈德气雾剂治疗,观察组使用哮喘宁联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗。对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果经过治疗后,观察组的显效24例,有效16例,无效2例,有效率为95.2%;对照组显效17例,有效15例,无效10例,有效率76.2%;两组的总有效率对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的肺活量平均为(2.27±0.32)L,对照组为(1.85±0.14)L,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者接受哮喘宁联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗的效果突出。Objective To study the clinical effect of xiaochuanning with budesonide aerosol in treatment of asthma bronchial.Methods 84 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital were analyzed,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with a total of 42 cases.The control group used budesonide aerosol treatment,the observation group used xiaochuanning treatment combined with budesonide aerosol.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results For patients after treatment,the observation group had a total of 24 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the effective rate of clinical treatment was 95.2%;the control group 17 cases were cured,15 cases effective,10 cases ineffective,the clinical efficiency of the observation group was 76.2%;the effective rate is higher than the control group results there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Patients in the observation group（2.27±0.32）L were significantly higher than those in the control group（1.85±0.14）L,P〈0.05.Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma underwent xiaochuanning joint budesonide aerosol treatment effect is outstanding.
