摘　　要：目的应用浸提液试验(MTT比色法)和直接接触试验两种方法对液体创口贴的细胞毒性进行检测。方法考虑到液体创口贴的有效使用状态为成膜制品,故将液体创口贴室温下成膜于培养皿上再加入细胞培养液进行浸提。结果这两种试验方法在低浓度(0.125 g/皿、0.25 g/皿和0.5 g/皿)时结果基本一致,而高浓度(1 g/皿和2 g/皿)时差异较大。结论在实际检测时,需明确检验方法及样品浓度。Objective The cytotoxicity of liquid bandage was tested by MTT assay and direct contact.Methods Considering the using condition of liquid bandage,the sample was prepared to make extraction on the film formation.Results The results of the two tests were consistent at 0.125 g/plate,0.25 g/plate and 0.5 g/plate.At 1 g/plate and 2 g/plate,significant different appeared in the tests.Conclusion The experimental condition and the preparative method of extraction should be determined.
