导管相关性血流感染与中心静脉导管集束化护理策略

摘　　要：目的针对导管相关性血流感染与中心静脉导管集束化护理策略展开讨论。方法选取我院住院患者68例进行分组讨论,其中常规组患者34例应用常规中心静脉置管护理;对照组患者34例应用中心静脉导管集束化护理策略。比较两组患者血流感染率,死亡率,平均住院天数,导管置留时间。结果对照组患者血流感染率为8.8%,死亡率为2.9%;常规组患者血流感染率以及死亡率分别为41.2%和8.8%,应用中心静脉导管集束化护理感染率以及死亡率低于常规组患者;住院时间以及置管天数也短于常规组,所得数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论应用中心静脉导管集束化护理策略可以减少患者血流感染率。Objective To discuss the strategies of catheter-related bloodstream infections with central venous catheter cluster nursing.Methods Chose 68 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital,including 34 patients with conventional group used conventional center venipuncture care;Patients with the control group of 34 cases with central venous catheter cluster nursing strategy.Compare two groups of patients with blood flow rate,mortality rate,average hospitalization days,catheter retention time.Results The control group patients blood infection rate was 8.8%,the mortality rate was 2.9%;Regular patients blood stream infection rate and mortality rate were 41.2% and 8.8% respectively,application of central venous catheter cluster nursing infection rate and mortality rate is lower than the conventional group of patients;Short length of hospital stay and the number of days of insertion and the conventional group,the data statistically significant difference,P〈0.05.Conclusion The application of central venous catheter cluster nursing strategy can reduce the patients blood flow rate.
