综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察综合护理干预对糖尿病患者的效果。方法随机将130例糖尿病患者平均分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标水平、生活质量及服药依从性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可改善患者的治疗依从性以及生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods We divided 130 cases into two groups,the control group received routine care,and observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention,comparing efficacy of two groups.Results The FBG,Hb Alc levels,the quality of life and medication compliance of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients.
