浅析妊娠期高血压综合征并发左心衰竭顺产产妇的护理效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析妊娠期高血压合并左心衰产妇顺产的临床护理措施,对护理效果进行分析。方法根据我院2009年1月—2013年6月接收的41例产妇来进行研究分析,将患者分成观察组和对照组,观察组使用针对性护理措施,对照组使用常规护理措施,对两组患儿的Apgar评分和并发症情况进行对比分析。结果观察组新生儿出生时,出生后1 min,出生后5 min的Apgar评分均要比对照组高,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者心律失常、产后出血、窒息、误吸的发生率比对照组低,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压综合征合并左心衰产妇接受针对性护理能够提升新生儿的Apgar评分,降低产妇的临床并发症,意义重大。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing measures of pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with left heart failure of maternal eutocia,analysis the nursing effect.Methods 41 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2013 were research analysis,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,the observation group using targeted nursing measures,the control group used routine nursing measures for comparative analysis of Apgar score and complications of the two groups of children.Results In the observation group at birth,1 minutes after birth,5 minutes after birth,Apgar score at birth was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,observation group of patients with arrhythmia,postpartum hemorrhage,asphyxia,the incidence of aspiration was lower than the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome combined with left heart failure can significantly improve the neonatal Apgar score and reduce maternal complications,which is of great significance.
