摘 要:目的探讨乙肝两对半阳性模式与乙肝病毒DNA定量之间的相关性。方法 2015年1月-2016年9月在我院门诊就诊的200例未经过抗病毒治疗的乙型病毒性肝炎患者,对其乙肝两对半血清标志物与HBV DNA定量检测的结果进行回顾性分析,研究其相关性。结果1组HBV DNA阳性率最高(100%),其对数值为(7.10±1.28);2组HBV DNA阳性率为45.8%,其对数值为(4.54±1.46);3组HBV DNA阳性率为76.9%,其对数值为(5.32±1.72);1组、3组阳性率及HBV DNA定量对数值均高于2组(P<0.05)。结论门诊就诊的乙肝患者两对半以1组模式为主,HBe Ag阳性时HBV DNA含量最高,成正相关,HBe Ag阴性并不能排除其传染性。Objective Discussion on the mode of second liver two half- and-half positive with hepatitis B virus DNA quantitative correlation between. Methods From January 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital clinic on 200 cases without antiviral therapy of hepatitis b patients with viral hepatitis, the second liver two half-and-half serum marker and HBV DNA quantitative detection results were retrospectively analyzed, study its correlation. Results 1 set ofHBV DNA positive rate was highest (100%),its value was (7.10±1.28); 2 set of HBV DNA positive rate was 45.8%, its value was (454±1.46); 3 groups of HBV DNA positive rate was 76.9%, its value was (5.32±1.72);1 group, 3 group positive rate and HBV DNA quantitative numerical were higher than in group 2 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Two half-and-half clinic on hepatitis b patients with 1 set of patterns is given priority, HBeAg positive HBV DNA content is the highest, while positively related, HBeAg Negative Doesn't Rule Out The Infectious.
